On November 22, the China Association for Public Companies (hereinafter referred to as CAPCO) held the release ceremony for the 2024 Best Practice of the Board of Directors of Listed Companies. China MCC stood out from more than 5,000 listed companies, winning the "Best Practice of the Board of Directors", the highest prize. Since the CAPCO first launched the Creation Activity on Best Practice for the Boards of Directors in 2023, China MCC has won this honor for the second consecutive year.
The "Collection Activity on 2024 Best Practice for the Boards of Directors of Listed Companies" is a comprehensive review activity held by the CAPCO. It aims to further promote the compliant and effective operation of the boards of directors of listed companies and give play to the exemplary and leading role of outstanding companies. It is intended to encourage the board of directors of listed companies to perform their duties diligently, uphold integrity and innovation, bravely assume responsibilities, improve the corporate governance level, and contribute to enhancing the quality of listed companies by summarizing excellent cases and experiences. This selection covered more than 5,000 listed companies and had preliminary review, expert committee review, and integrity verification, etc. In the end, only about 2% of the listed companies were selected as the "Best Practice of Board of Directors".
